Junior Backend Developer (AI and Automation)

What You ll Do Build backend logic for internal tools and web applications Work with APIs to connect systems and automate workflows Handle data processing, integrations, and system flows Support development of AI-powered features and services Turn ideas into working, scalable solutions What We re Looking For Strong interest in backend development Comfortable with logic, data, and problem-solving Basic experience with a backend language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) Curious, proactive, and able to learn quickly Practical mindset you like building things that work Exposure To APIs, integrations, and data pipelines AI tools and LLMs (OpenAI and similar) Automation tools and backend workflows Cloud environments and deployment basics How We Work Office-based in Newquay Small, fast-moving team High ownership, no corporate layers Work across internal systems and client projects Why It s Different You ll build systems that actually get ..... full job details .....
