This user-facing role supports audio-visual, video conferencing, lecture capture and teaching technology services across teaching spaces, meeting rooms and event spaces. Working within IT Services, you will help staff, students and visitors use technology confidently and effectively, responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues and supporting hybrid teaching and events. Role and Responsibilities The Junior AV Technician works collaboratively with AV and IT colleagues, suppliers and University stakeholders to deliver reliable, customer-focused AV and teaching technology support.
