As a medium-sized company, they offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.DescriptionThe Junior Assistant Accountant will;Support the production of accurate monthly management accountsPrepare and post journals as part of the month-end close processAssist with balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of discrepanciesMaintain the company fixed asset register, ensuring records are accurate and up to dateMonitor and report on property-related expenditureAssist with intercompany reconciliations across the groupProcess and reconcile direct debit transactionsManage employee expense claims and corporate credit card reconciliationsEnsure all reporting deadlines are met in line with group requirementsPrepare statutory and National Statistics submissions as requiredProvide wider finance team support across purchase ledger and credit control activitiesCover purchase ledger duties during holidays and periods of absenceProfileA successful Junior Assistant Accountant should have:A background in accounting, ..... full job details .....
