Junior Applications Engineer

Due to continued growth and internal progression, they are now looking to recruit an Application Engineer to join their expert technical team.

In this varied role you will act as a key technical contact for customers and internal teams, supporting with product selection, technical quotations and application solutions. You will also support product integration, modifications and value-added manufacturing activities, helping to deliver tailored solutions for OEM customers across a wide range of industries. Full product training and long-term progression opportunities will also be provided.

This role would therefore suit a recent engineering graduate or an individual with a background in engineering that is educated to HNC/HND or degree level looking to join a world class engineering company offering excellent training, progression and long-term career development.

The Role:

• Providing technical support and application advice to customers
• Product selection and application engineering activities
• Producing technical quotations and proposals
• Working closely with sales, engineering and operations teams
• -35,000 - -45,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

The Person:

• Recent engineering graduate or an individual with a background in engineering that is educated to HNC/HND or degree level
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing ability
• Commutable to Chelmsford
