What You''ll Be Doing Application Support Provide first-line support across a range of core business applications Investigate system, order and inventory-related issues Troubleshoot application problems and escalate more complex issues where required Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles Project Support Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements Support configuration and implementation activities Work alongside third-party technology partners on project delivery Keep project plans and support tickets up to date Continuous Improvement Develop expertise across the organisation''s application landscape Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements Help improve support processes ..... full job details .....
