Responsibilities Provide first-line support across business applications and operational systems. Investigate and resolve issues relating to orders, inventory, integrations and system workflows. Support testing, configuration and delivery of ongoing technology projects. Maintain documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement. Requirements 1-2 years'' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems Support. Experience supporting business applications, ERP platforms or ecommerce systems. Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical and logical approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
