We are now looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment and develop a career in administration. Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role: - Maintaining and updating existing Customer Contracts Documentation - Preparation of New Contracts - Supporting communication with the Finance Department - Ordering of General Office Supplies - Assisting with Gift Aid reporting and administration Person Specification: Ideally 1+ years of experience in an office based environment. Skills and Competencies: Good organisational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Confident telephone manner.
