We''re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Junior Activities Assistant to join an energetic team, supporting the smooth running of their children''s activity programmes.In this role, you''ll help deliver fun, engaging sessions for children aged 0-16, ensuring a safe, inclusive and positive environment where every child can thrive. You''ll play a key part in promoting wellbeing, encouraging participation and building lasting relationships with families and young members. What You''ll Be DoingSupporting and supervising children during activities, clubs and sessions.Creating a fun, energetic and safe atmosphere that inspires confidence and participation.Working with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activity programmes.Ensuring all safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed.Providing excellent customer care to children and parents.Helping to maintain equipment and activity areas to a high standard.
