Junior Accounts Technician

You will learn a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly finance tasks, including purchase ledger management, processing bank receipts, communicating with suppliers and various other financial office duties. This role is designed to provide a structured learning path, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to build a strong foundation in finance.With training and guidance, you will:Process bank receipts and learn how to reconcile them against customer remittance adviceInput non-job-related purchase invoices with increasing accuracy and efficiencyDownload and post daily bank statements, ensuring correct recording of direct debits and standing ordersTransfer and reconcile purchase ledger data, developing an understanding of financial accuracy and reportingResolve purchase ledger queries by working closely with suppliers and bodyshop locationsIssue cheques under supervision, following authorisation by the Head of FinanceManage and reconcile petty cash transactions, gaining confidence in handling ..... full job details .....
