Your Role: As a Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dedicated Finance Team. You''ll liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, take ownership of assigned accounting and financial tasks, and engage in some commercial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:Produce monthly/quarterly financial statementsCreate quarterly management accounts with variance analysisPerform bank reconciliationsPrepare general ledger journals and manage postingsHandle statutory and non-statutory annual reportingPrepare year-end audit files and supporting documentationProduce balance sheet and PandL forecasts for shareholder meetingsPrepare budgets, long-term projections, and cash flow forecasts What We''re Looking For: We are seeking an individual who is:Previous accounting experience including preparing financial statementsAAT qualified or currently studyingCommitted, reliable, and flexible.An excellent communicator and a team player.Able to navigate complex structures and adapt as needed.
