Junior Accountant

An accountancy practice based in central Bristol is currently recruiting a Junior Accountant to join their team.

Working for an independent, expanding business, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field and undertake a professional accountancy qualification as study support will be provided.

Duties will include:

• Preparing financial accounts for clients
• VAT returns
• Tax computations
• Assisting clients with financial queries
• Liaising with the payroll department regarding individual contractors and their queries

Previous experience of working within an accounts team is advantageous but not essential.- The successful candidate must have good academics and be confident dealing with people both over the phone and face to face.
