About the Role and Company:
Hunters 4 Staff is seeking a recently qualified ACCA/ACA accountant to join our team as a Junior Accountancy Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met efficiently.
• Review working papers prepared by accounts assistants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and VAT returns by other team members.
• Act as the principal contact for clients, working closely with partners on larger accounts.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Meet with clients to discuss business development needs and offer strategic advice.

Requirements:

• Recently qualified ACCA/ACA accountant.
• Experience working in practice, managing a small portfolio of clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
