Junior Account Manager - Womenswear
We re recruiting for a dynamic Junior Womenswear Account Manager to support continued growth across high-volume fashion and grocery retail. You ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to womenswear and with access to in-house showrooms and owned offshore production. Junior Womenswear Account Manager - Responsibilities: Dealing with customer / accounts on all aspects of buying cycle and being first point of contact from the customer, dealing with all queries. Own the critical path from sampling to bulk production, ensuring timely delivery to FOB or landed dates. Collaborate with design to build seasonal and mini ranges tailored to each customer, driving account growth. Work on product costings with internal teams, identifying savings and boosting competitiveness. Liaise with fabric suppliers to assess ranges, pricing, and lead times. Partner with offshore factories to negotiate pricing and improve delivery schedules. Ensure all approvals on fabrics and linings are signed off on a timely basis Support sourcing of new fabrics and price points with offshore teams. Keep all documentation and submissions organised and up to date. Junior Womenswear Account Manager - Skills and Requirements: Degree-qualified with 3+ years relevant experience in the fashion/clothing industry.
