Junior Account Manager Location: Worcester (office-based with customer travel) Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Location: Worcester The Role We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to support our clients sales team and manage a small portfolio of accounts while working towards monthly and annual sales targets. Key Responsibilities Support Account Managers by interrogating accounts and arranging meetings in line with KPIs Manage and grow a minor portfolio of customer accounts Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs Promote our clients services and solutions to prospects and customers, primarily over the phone Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and face-to-face meetings Understand customer business objectives and identify sales opportunities Produce accurate quotations and maintain CRM data and sales documentation Communicate professionally via email and internal systems Participate in training and coaching and apply learning effectively About You Essential: GCSE ..... full job details .....
