Key Responsibilities: Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building positive and trusted relationships. Managing projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and to a high standard. Supporting larger and more complex client accounts alongside senior team members. Translating client requirements into clear project plans and actionable briefs for internal teams.
