JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for confident, driven individuals to join as a Junior Account Executive. This is a hands-on route into account management — you'll work directly with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right products and services, all while building the commercial skills that underpin a long-term career.

No prior experience needed. Full training and ongoing mentoring are provided from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Meeting customers face-to-face and understanding their requirements
• Managing conversations from first introduction through to sign-up
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Presenting products and services clearly and professionally
• Working towards personal and team performance targets
• Learning the fundamentals of account management and client care
• Taking part in structured training and coaching sessions

PAY & PROGRESSION

• £600-£800 OTE per week
• Uncapped commission and performance bonuses
• Full structured training programme
• Ongoing mentoring and 1:1 development
• Clear progression into senior account management or leadership roles
