We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd line support for critical applications and infrastructure in a high-availability environment.Respond to and resolve incidents escalated from 1st line support, taking ownership from diagnosis through to resolution or escalation to 3rd line/vendor where required.Ensure effective communication with users, clients, and delivery teams throughout the incident life cycle.Proactively monitor systems and services to prevent issues, using tools such as Netcool and SolarWinds.Work collaboratively with IBM delivery teams, third parties, and stakeholders to implement service fixes and process improvements.Maintain detailed documentation of issues, fixes, and known errors to ..... full job details .....
