JPQC Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated JPQC Coordinator to join our clients quality control team, ensuring our bespoke, high-end joinery meets the exacting standards expected by our prestigious commercial and residential clients across London. From corporate headquarters to world-famous establishments, you''ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on truly remarkable projects.

You will be working within their comprehensive Joinery Processing Quality Control (JPQC) department, you''ll be responsible for the final consolidation and quality assurance of finished joinery works before they reach our most discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring finished joinery products are consolidated to precise standards, ready for dispatch to meet critical project delivery dates
• - Producing accurate labelling and maintaining detailed component records, ensuring all products are clearly identified before storage or dispatch
• Conducting thorough quality assurance checks to maintain client expectations while ensuring FSC and PEFC Standards compliance
• Identifying and promptly reporting any construction, design issues, or damaged equipment to supervisors
• Working effectively with JPQC, Factory, and Transport teams to support seamless project delivery
• Undertaking tasks across various external warehouse locations, retrieving and collating joinery for dispatch as required
• Contributing to process enhancement and supporting team development through knowledge sharing and effective communication

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience within a joinery environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows software packages
• Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Team-oriented approach with collaborative mindset

Desirable Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Woodworking/Bench Joinery
