Joinery Sprayer / Spray Finisher

Location: Evesham
Rate: -15 - -20 per hour DoE

An established bespoke joinery manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Joinery Sprayer to join its growing workshop team. Working on a range of high-quality bespoke joinery, cabinetry and furniture, you''ll be responsible for delivering exceptional finishes on projects for commercial and high-end residential clients. The company manufactures specialist joinery including bespoke cabinetry, architectural joinery and interior fit-out products.

The Role

• Prepare MDF, hardwood and veneered components ready for finishing.
• Apply primer, base coats, lacquers and top coats to a consistently high standard.
• Colour match finishes where required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain spray equipment-and spray booth.
• Keep the finishing area clean, organised and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.
• Work closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.

About You

• Previous experience as a Joinery Sprayer, Furniture Sprayer or Spray Finisher.
• Experience spraying bespoke joinery, furniture or cabinetry.
• Knowledge of preparation techniques, primers, lacquers and finishing products.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
• Good understanding of safe working practices within a spray shop.
