This is a hands-on site management role, responsible for coordinating a team of approximately 15 joinery contractors while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of around 15 joinery contractors. Coordinate daily site activities and maintain programme schedules. Produce and update weekly progress reports. Monitor and manage project programmes. Carry out site inductions for all operatives. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Liaise with the project team, client, and subcontractors. Maintain high standards of workmanship and site organisation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on joinery or shopfitting projects. Strong knowledge of shopfitting and interior fit-out.
