The ideal candidate will have previous experience spraying bespoke joinery and woodwork, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.Key Responsibilities: Spraying a variety of bespoke joinery components including doors, panels, frames, and cabinetry Applying primers, base coats, top coats, and clear lacquer finishes Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and masking as needed Mixing and matching paints to meet job specifications Working to production schedules while maintaining a clean, tidy work area Ensuring all work meets quality standards before dispatch Following all health and safety procedures within the spray booth and workshopRequirements: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a joinery or woodworking environment Knowledge of spray guns, airless and HVLP systems Good understanding of paints, stains, and lacquers for timber Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and quality control ..... full job details .....
