This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, specialist company producing bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture, where you will play a key role in leading workshop operations, improving production processes and supporting the company''s next stage of growth.This role would suit someone with strong workshop leadership experience who can manage production, support joiners and machinists, maintain quality standards and work closely with the Directors as the business continues to invest in new machinery, CNC capability and spray finishing.The Role:Oversee day-to-day joinery workshop operationsManage production workflow, scheduling and deadlinesLead joiners, machinists, apprentices and subcontractorsEnsure high-quality standards across bespoke kitchens and fitted furnitureRead and interpret technical drawings and CAD production filesWork closely with Directors on production planning and business growth The Person: Background in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, fitted furniture, kitchens or furniture manufacturingWorkshop Manager, Production Manager, Workshop Supervisor or similar Strong understanding of cabinet ..... full job details .....
