Joinery Installation Manager

Job Title: Joinery Installations Manager Location: London Salary: 65,000 - 70,000 We are looking for an experienced, organised and hands-on Joinery Installation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing joinery installation projects from delivery through to completion, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will coordinate installation teams, liaise with clients and other contractors, solve problems on site and ensure projects are delivered on time. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in joinery installation, high-end bespoke residential fitouts, who is ready to take responsibility for managing installation projects. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee joinery installation projects at sites. Lead and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors on site. Plan labour, materials, deliveries, equipment and installation schedules. Ensure joinery is installed correctly, professionally and to the required specification. Read and interpret drawings, plans and installation instructions. Liaise professionally with clients, main contractors, site managers and other trades. Carry out site checks along with surveys and ensure installations are ready to proceed. Identify and resolve installation issues and unexpected site problems.
