Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed, accurate estimates from architectural drawings and shop fitting specifications Price comprehensive joinery and shop fitting projects, including: bespoke millwork, retail fixtures, commercial cabinetry, and installation packages Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure estimates reflect project scope, production requirements, and installation programmes Attend and contribute to client meetings, providing commercial expertise and technical joinery knowledge Analyse material, labour, workshop time, and installation requirements to support competitive pricing and maintain profitability Maintain and update cost databases specific to joinery materials, hardware, and specialist installation techniques Prepare comprehensive handover documentation to Project Directors upon contract award What We''re Looking For: Strong background in estimating within the joinery or shop fitting ..... full job details .....
