Due to continued growth and exciting upcoming projects, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Joinery Biased Estimator.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Estimator with a strong joinery background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked on high street retail, hospitality, and restaurant fit-outs - pricing bespoke elements and working closely with both the manufacturing and project management teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for:Bespoke joinery countersBar and seating unitsDisplay countersMetal gantries and custom metal fixingsInterpret technical drawings and specifications to extract relevant information for pricing.Liaise with the in-house manufacturing team to assess feasibility and timelinesCarry out occasional site surveys (monthly), understanding site constraints and verifying measurements.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.Assist the project team by providing budget guidance and value ..... full job details .....
