We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, retail, hospitality, and high-end residential sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC professional to join a modern manufacturing environment, working on a variety of bespoke joinery and cabinetry projects.

The Role

• Program, set and operate CNC machinery for bespoke joinery and cabinetry production
• Interpret technical drawings and production information
• Produce components accurately and efficiently to specification
• Work closely with the design and workshop teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Carry out machine maintenance and routine checks
• Assist with process improvements and production efficiencies
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CNC Programmer within joinery, furniture, shopfitting or interior fit-out manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with CNC programming software and machining centres
• Good understanding of timber, sheet materials, laminates and veneers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• Experience producing bespoke joinery, cabinetry or fitted furniture
• Knowledge of nesting software and CAD/CAM packages
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
