Assembly Operative (Joinery/MDF Manufacturing) The Odin Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Assembly Operative to join a well-established workshop manufacturing high-quality MDF products. This role would suit someone with a joinery or woodworking background who takes real pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. If you have excellent attention to detail, enjoy precision-based work, and have experience operating woodworking machinery, we''d love to hear from you. The Role Working as part of a supportive production team, you will be responsible for assembling MDF products to a consistently high standard. You''ll work from basic technical drawings, use a range of hand tools and machinery, and ensure every product meets strict quality standards before leaving the workshop. What We''re Looking For Experience in joinery, woodworking, cabinet making or a similar manufacturing environment. Confident using hand tools such as drills, saws, sanders, brad guns and glue guns. Experience operating woodworking or production machinery. Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings. Excellent measuring skills with a high level of accuracy and precision. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Someone who takes pride in their workmanship and never cuts corners.
