      <description>Location: Cowes | Salary: &amp;pound;25/hour | Type: Contract | We are looking for skilled Marine Outfitters and Joiners to support the final fit-out of pilot boats in Cowes, Isle of Wight.  This role will focus on the installation of interior fixtures and fittings as the programme has reached the final stages of production.   Duties    Installation of marine interior joinery and outfitting  Fitting bulkheads, linings, cabinetry and furniture  Working from technical drawings and fit-out plans  Finishing and snagging activities  Ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout the build  Working alongside other trades to meet project deadlines    Requirements    Previous marine outfitting or marine joinery experience  Ability to work from engineering and production drawings  Experience fitting bespoke interiors within marine, yacht, defence or commercial vessel projects  High attention to detail and quality standards    Package    -25/h for all hours worked  Monday to Saturday   10-12 hour days available throughout the project  Discounted ferry costs through company arrangements  November start through to Christmas   If you are an experienced Joiner/Outfitter apply now to support this exciting vessel programme in Cowes!</description>
