Joiner/Cabinet Maker Marlborough Permanent Full Time 08.30am 16.30pm Salary dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for a Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join our client based in Marlborough. Key Responsibilities: Operation and set up machinery including routers, chop saws, plunge saws. Ensure that components are correct to specifications to meet customer requirements. Translate detailed production drawings and follow on with full size rods drawn to scale. Skill Requirements: Have a good, all-round knowledge of high-volume wood working machinery, spindle molder, rip saw, panel saw, planer/thicknesses. To carry out site work respectfully in private residential homes Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and work to scheduled deadlines. Good organisational and communication skills. Create cutting lists and methodical procedure lists. Ensure that work is finished in time for the finishers Experience in setting up large machinery i.e., spindle molder, mortise and tenon machine. Person Specification: Ability to work independently or as part of a team Be self-motivated and good with time keeping.
