Joiner

I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of the council in the Darlington area. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of 2nd fix maintenance in a busy planned repairs environment. Duties include fitting and repairing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, worktops, flooring and completing refurbishment works to a high standard

The Joiner will receive:

• -19.50 P/H
• Long run of work
• Van provided for work purposes only.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

• Planned repairs in domestic properties to a high standard.
• 7:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday
• Work to a high standard

I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:

• City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery.
• Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
