This role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance works to both occupied and void council properties across the borough, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service. Day-to-day of the role: Conduct responsive repairs and maintenance to council housing stock. Diagnose and resolve repair issues on the first visit where possible. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Required Skills and Qualifications: Time-served Joiner with relevant qualifications. Experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance. Ability to undertake a range of secondary trade duties, including basic plumbing, tiling, plaster patching, and general maintenance. Full UK Driving Licence. Own tools required.
