      <description>Location: Blyth | Salary: 19.00-19.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local Northumberland based council. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Northumberland and wider area. All work will be 2nd fix maintenance which will mostly include bathroom upgrades, installing handrails and shower seats.This is paramount to help tenants live independently in their own properties.You will receive: 19 P/HCompany van for work purposesMinimum of 2 months work (possibility to extend depending on workload)The successful candidate will be expected to complete:Reactive maintenance in tenanted properties.8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.2nd fix maintenance to a high standardI am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joineryCSCS cardPrevious social housing/council house maintenance experienceDriving LicenseIf you are looking to take the leap into a new and exciting role, get in touch with Jack on (url removed) or call (phone number removed) INDPS</description>
