We''re looking for a skilled Joiner (Multi-Trade Operative) to join our Brighton team. You''ll carry out a range of repairs and maintenance across our properties - from joinery and plumbing to painting and general upkeep - making sure our homes are safe, compliant, and comfortable for residents.

What you''ll do:

• Complete planned and reactive repairs to a high standard

• Deliver joinery, plumbing, electrical testing (PAT), painting, gardening and more

• Ensure works meet compliance, Health & Safety and contract targets

• Provide a responsive and positive service for residents

• Keep accurate records and work closely with our scheduler and asset team

What we''re looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Joinery + multi-trade skills (plumbing/electrical/general maintenance)

• Hands-on experience in property maintenance (housing, hotels, or similar)

• Strong Health & Safety knowledge

• Organised, reliable, and able to work on your own initiative

• Compassionate, flexible, and great with people

Other requirements:

• Full - clean UK driving licence (to drive company van)

• Willingness to complete a DBS check
