This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience delivering responsive repairs and maintenance within social housing, local authority, housing association or property services environments. Key Responsibilities  Carry out all aspects of joinery and carpentry repairs. Complete responsive and planned maintenance works within occupied and void properties. Undertake additional multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently on the first visit wherever possible. Ensure work is completed safely and in line with relevant standards and regulations. Provide a professional and customer-focused service to residents.
