Joiner / Kitchen FitterLocation: Leeds and Surrounding Areas Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour CIS Job Type: Long-term / Ongoing Sector: Social HousingJoiner / Kitchen Fitter Leeds £23 per hour CIS Long-Term WorkBamford Contract Services are currently recruiting for experienced Joiners / Kitchen Fitters to work on long-term, ongoing social housing projects across Leeds and surrounding areas.We have a consistent pipeline of work available and are looking for reliable, skilled tradespeople who are available for an immediate or upcoming start.The Joiner / Kitchen Fitter RoleWorking on social housing properties across Leeds and the surrounding areas, you will be carrying out a range of joinery and kitchen fitting works, including kitchen installations, repairs, replacements and associated maintenance.The work will suit an experienced Joiner, Kitchen Fitter, Multi-Trader or Maintenance Joiner who is confident working independently in occupied and unoccupied properties.Joiner / Kitchen Fitter Duties may include: Kitchen fitting and installation.Removal and replacement of existing kitchens.First and second fix joinery.Fitting kitchen units, doors, worktops and associated components.General joinery repairs and maintenance.Door hanging and adjustments.Skirting boards, architraves and other joinery works.Making good and associated remedial works.Working within social housing properties.Completing work to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Liaising professionally with tenants, site ..... full job details .....
