We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work with a well-established social housing contractor covering Newcastle and Gateshead.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy social housing contract, carrying out repairs and refurbishment works within void properties.

• Installation and repair of subfloors and floor joists
• Bathroom fitting and refurbishment works
• Kitchen installation and repairs
• General joinery maintenance and refurbishment within void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Adhering to all health and safety requirements on site

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience working within social housing, voids, repairs, or refurbishment projects
• Own tools required
• Own van required
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• -23.00 per hour
• 39 hours per week
• Ongoing work with a reputable social housing contractor
• Consistent workload across Newcastle and Gateshead
• Immediate start available
