Our Client are specialists in the delivery of multi-trade property maintenance projects for local authorities, Social landlords and blue-chip public and private sector organisations.

They predominantly work for social landlords and local authorities throughout the North West of England, providing the following services:

• Electrical Compliance and Auditing
• Electrical Testing (EICR)
• PAT Testing
• Fire alarm installation and testing
• Emergency lighting installation and testing
• CCTV and aerials
• Domestic & Commercial installations
• LED installations
• Street lighting installation and maintenance works

• Kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes
• Refurbishments and renovation works
• Gas Safe Registered Plumbing & Heating
• Extensions
• All aspects of DDA works
• Fire Risk Assessment Works (FRA)

They are currently seeking a skilled Joiner for a project based in Manchester, expected to run for approximately 5 months.  The work primarily involves boxing in ducting that is being installed for ventilation fans.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent)

• Must have experience working in domestic properties and be confident interacting respectfully in customers' homes

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Must supply own battery powered tools and Transport
