Job Title: CSCS Joiner (Asbestos Awareness Required)

Location: nr Houghtonle spring

Pay Rate: -23- -24 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary Contract (Ongoing)

Description:

We require experienced 1st and 2nd Fix Joiners for a long-term commercial refurbishment project

Crucial Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card preferred).

• Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA or equivalent).

• Own professional tools (110V, PAT tested) and full PPE.

• Proven experience in commercial fit-outs.

Duties will include metal stud partitioning, hanging fire doors, fitting skirting, and installing suspended ceilings.

This is an immediate start position with ongoing work available for reliable and high-quality tradespeople.
