As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will work independently as a mobile field operative delivering responsive repairs and minor works across occupied properties. You will diagnose faults, complete repairs to a high standard, and ensure accurate job updates are recorded using the company''s job management system (including job notes and photographs). You will act professionally in customers'' homes, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Experience & Skills

      Proven experience undertaking repairs/maintenance across multiple trades within domestic properties (ideally occupied homes).

Ability to work independently, plan workload, and manage time effectively to meet service response targets.

Strong customer service capability with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally in customers'' homes.

Strong problem-solving skills and an evidence-based approach to diagnosis and repair.

Comfortable using technology: ability to use a tablet/PDA and job system to update job notes, progress statuses, and upload photos/documents.

Essential Qualifications / Eligibility

      NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade or demonstrable equivalent experience in property maintenance.

Full UK driving licence.

Must be eligible to obtain required vetting/security clearance for working on MOD estates.
