Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you a skilled Joiner with experience in social housing repairs
We’re currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Repairs Joiner to join a busy maintenance team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
• Diagnose and fix a range of joinery-related issues, including doors, windows, skirting, flooring, and kitchens
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and work well as part of a wider maintenance team

Requirements:

• Proven experience working within social housing or domestic repairs
• Full UK driving licence (vehicle may be provided depending on the contract)
• Own tools and PPE preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
