This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair work across a large healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of internal and external joinery maintenance tasks, as well as supporting small works projects to a consistently high standard. Key Responsibilities Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, and work instructions with minimal supervision. Set out and complete new joinery work using appropriate tools, materials, and techniques. Machine timber and manufacture bespoke joinery items as required. Carry out repairs to ironmongery, glazing, blinds, door furniture, and associated fixtures. Undertake key cutting duties. Construct and install metal framing systems.
