Joiner

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently seeking experienced Joiners to work on refurbishment and fit-out projects across student accommodation and NHS environments. Projects include both occupied and live site conditions, requiring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality joinery works across a range of construction projects, working both independently and as part of a site team. Key Responsibilities Carry out 1st fix and 2nd fix joinery works Installation of doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and partitions Kitchen and bathroom fitting where required Stud partitioning and general refurbishment works Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines Maintaining health and safety standards on site at all times Working efficiently in occupied/live environments Requirements Proven experience as a Joiner on construction or refurbishment projects Valid CSCS card (essential) Ability to work in occupied environments professionally and safely Good understanding of site drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Reliability and strong work ethic Desirable Experience on NHS, education, or student accommodation projects NVQ or City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery Own tools and transport DBS certificate ..... full job details .....
