Work across a varied portfolio, including 95% commercial and retail sites, with some student accommodation, social housing and domestic properties. Responsibilities Carry out reactive maintenance and planned repair works across commercial properties. Complete tasks including lock changes, fire door inspections and repairs, door closer installation, window adjustments, hinge replacements, box gutter repairs, fire strip replacement, finishing and shuttering work. Accurately record all completed work using a PDA system, including detailed job notes and photographic evidence. Travel to various sites, primarily across Scotland''s Central Belt, with occasional work in Aberdeen, Perth and Dundee. Arrive on site and ready to work by 8:00am each day.
