Our projects span the globe, from World Cup stadiums in the Middle East and landmarks in London, to luxury hotels in New York and development projects in India.Qualifications

Experience in commercial (new build, refurbishments and fit out), residential and mixed-use developments.Comprehensive understanding of Building Services EngineeringSystems including their performance, application, and operation.Expertise in mitigating design-related legal and regulatory risks.MSc or BSc in Environmental or Engineer discipline.Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.Membership of relevant professional bodies.Analytical skills to influence the drive for continuous improvement.Proficiency in sustainable building design, renewable energy and low-carbon technologies.Knowledge and skills to minimise risk of design-related legal or regulatory issues.Ability to estimate project budgets and resource requirements effectively.Skills

Strong communication skills, including the ability to present effectively in internal and external meetings.Apply technical expertise to successfully deliver complex projects.Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools.Ability to efficiently solve complex technical challenges.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, ensuring high-quality outputs within deadlines.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through professional communication and responsiveness.Benefits
