Job Coach - SEN / Supported Internships Northamptonshire (Moulton) Full-time 37 hours per week (Term-time: 36 weeks, 0.78 FTE) £19,798 (pro rata) About the RoleWe are working with a leading Further Education college who are looking to appoint a dedicated Job Coach to support young people with additional needs into meaningful work placements.This is a highly rewarding, hands-on role where you will support learners both in college and in the workplace, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to transition into paid employment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport learners with additional needs to access and succeed in supported internships and work placementsCarry out job matching, job analysis, and risk assessmentsDeliver coaching using systematic instruction techniquesProvide ongoing support and mentoring both in college and the workplaceWork closely with employers to create inclusive and supportive environmentsSupport learners to develop independence, including travel training where appropriateMonitor progress and support successful transitions into employmentPromote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times About YouExperience supporting young people with SEN / learning disabilitiesKnowledge of supported employment or employability programmesStrong ability to build relationships with employers and stakeholdersExcellent communication and organisational skillsFlexible approach to support learners in different environments Desirable:Training in ..... full job details .....
