About the Role
Supply Desk is recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Uckfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist with planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupilsandrsquo; social, emotional, and academic development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, parents, and external professionals
About You
- Experience supporting children with SEN (school or similar setting preferred)
- Patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting childrenandrsquo;s progress
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creative and flexible approach to learning support
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE) are an advantage but not essential
