Exciting opportunities to work within a growing company.Copsey Engineering is a precision engineering company based in Witham Essex specialising in machining complex parts for aerospace, motorsport, and advanced technologies sectors.Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted and reliable partner.Key Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate CNC 5-axis Mills to produce complex precision components.Advanced Hypermill ProgrammingAnalyse blueprints, strong GDandT skills interpreting engineering drawings, and engineering information to determine the best machining processes.Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise the machining processes and improve efficiency.Conduct routine maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance.Monitor the quality and accuracy of the finished product and make necessary adjustments to the machines and processes as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records of production ..... full job details .....
