Job Evaluator (Multiple Roles)

We are recruiting multiple Job Evaluators for a rolling temporary contract within a large public sector organisation, offering a competitive day rate (inside IR35 via umbrella) with an immediate start.

Candidates must have prior job evaluation experience within a Local Authority and be trained in recognised evaluation frameworks.

Description

• Undertake job evaluation processes in line with established frameworks
• Analyse job roles, job descriptions, and organisational structures
• Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across evaluations
• Support HR and management teams with job evaluation outcomes
• Contribute to wider workforce and organisational change initiatives

Profile

• Must be a trained Job Evaluator
• Proven experience conducting job evaluations within a Local Authority setting
• Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and frameworks
• Confident in analysing role profiles and organisational structures
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
