This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact, supporting young people with additional needs into meaningful work and long-term employment. Role Overview As a Job Coach, you will play a key role in supporting learners with moderate to severe learning disabilities as they transition from education into the workplace. You will work closely with students, employers and internal college teams to ensure supported internships and work placements are successful, sustainable and tailored to everyone.
