We re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and people-focused Job Coach to help young people with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans take meaningful steps towards employment, independence and brighter futures. In this role, you''ll be out in workplaces, building relationships, solving problems, celebrating achievements and helping learners discover what they''re capable of. One day, you might be supporting a learner to master a new workplace task; then, the next, coaching them on independent travel or helping an employer create a more inclusive environment. What Your Day Will Look Like Supporting learners in the workplace to build confidence, independence and employability skills. Breaking down tasks, providing coaching and gradually reducing support as learners become more capable. Tracking progress, capturing feedback and maintaining clear records of skills development. Helping learners understand workplace expectations, including behaviour, timekeeping, dress code and health and safety. Supporting independent travel and wider readiness for work.
